The room rate included all benefits below

VAT and service charge

Breakfast

Tea, coffee, 1 bottle of mineral water in the room one day

Free of using kayak 1 hour per day.

2 complimentary hours for mountain bike/day/pax

Use of swimming pool with pool towels

Policy for children when staying with 2 adults

From 1-6 years old (stay same bed with parents): free (maximum 2 children/room)

From 6-11 years old: surcharge VND 120,000 including breakfast if they stay in the same bed with parents (maximum: 2 kids). If you need an extra bed for your kid, the additional of VND 400,000/bed will be charged.

Children 12 years of age or older will be charged the adult service rate.

Early check-in and late check-out will be applied subject to room availability with details as below

Check-in time: since 14:00

Prior to 6:00: Full room charge

6:00 – 10:00: 50% room charge (including breakfast)

10:00 – 14:00: 30% room charge

Check-out time: by 12:00

12:00 – 14:00: 30% room charge

14:00 – 18:00: 50% room charge

After 18:00 Full charge

Cancellation policy

Flexible Package

Deposit 50% of the total amount to secure your booking.

This rate includes Breakfast, and other FREE services for in-house Guests.

Guests will receive a full refund for any cancellation made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.

For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation value.

In the event of a force majeure when the above cancellation deadline has passed, customers are allowed to postpone the Check-in date.

Fixed Package

Deposit 50% of the total amount to secure your booking.

Discount 20% from the Flexible rate

This rate includes Breakfast, and other FREE services for in-house Guests.

Service cannot be canceled or postponed. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In the event of a force majeure, the customer is allowed to transfer the service to another person.
